Ducab, one of the UAE's leading cable and wire manufacturers, had accumulated 6+ disconnected websites across its business units. Each site had different design languages, separate content management processes, and inconsistent brand presentation. The operational overhead of maintaining them separately was significant, and the fragmented user experience undermined brand credibility.

01
Website audit

Conducted a full audit of all 6+ existing websites. Content inventory, design patterns, technical debt, and user flows were assessed before any consolidation decisions were made.

02
Unified content and design framework

Worked with stakeholders to agree a single design language and content structure that could accommodate all business units without losing individual identity requirements.

03
Full lifecycle delivery

Led the project from audit through content migration, design, development, and launch. Each phase had clear acceptance criteria agreed with the client before work began.

04
Brand consistency

Established a component library and content governance model that ensured brand consistency across all sections of the unified platform going forward.

The consolidation required careful content migration from 6+ separate CMS instances into a single WordPress multisite architecture. Design decisions were validated with stakeholders at each stage. The development team built a shared component library that reduced future maintenance overhead while keeping the flexibility needed for individual business unit pages. Launch was phased to reduce risk and maintain continuity for existing users.
