The existing process had no structured collection mechanism, no approval workflows, and no way to generate the reporting stakeholders needed. The platform had to handle pledge submissions, survey responses, and multi-level approval processes while providing administrators with clear KPI visibility.
Worked directly with government stakeholders to define exactly what the platform needed to do. Approval workflows, data fields, reporting requirements, and access levels were all agreed before a single line of code was written.
Designed the underlying data architecture to support structured collection across multiple pledge types and survey formats, with enough flexibility to accommodate future requirements.
Built multi-level approval workflows that matched the client's internal governance structure. Submissions moved through defined review stages before being accepted into the reporting layer.
Delivered admin dashboards that gave stakeholders clear visibility into participation rates, submission status, and key performance indicators at a national level.
The platform was built on WordPress with custom post types, advanced custom fields, and a purpose-built approval workflow system. The admin dashboard was developed to surface KPI data clearly without requiring technical knowledge to interpret. Government stakeholder reviews were conducted at each stage to ensure the platform matched operational requirements before moving forward.
