Managing digital presence across 35+ entity websites under a single governance model required consistent delivery, coordinated content operations, and a reliable point of contact across multiple internal teams. The challenge was not a single project — it was maintaining operational consistency at scale, continuously.
With 35+ websites and multiple stakeholder teams, the first priority was defining clear ownership. Who approves what, who escalates where, and what the cadence looks like for each entity.
Established a structured cadence for updates, campaigns, and content publishing that allowed marketing and sales teams to plan ahead rather than submit ad-hoc requests.
Regular on-site meetings with marketing and sales stakeholders ensured alignment on priorities, removed blockers quickly, and kept delivery visible at all levels.
All 35+ websites ran on a headless Drupal and React stack. Maintaining architectural consistency across the ecosystem while accommodating individual entity requirements required careful coordination between design, frontend, and backend teams.
Managing 35+ websites is not a single delivery challenge — it is an ongoing operations challenge. I served as the primary delivery contact across marketing and sales teams, coordinating updates, campaign launches, PR content, and technical changes across the full ecosystem. The work required maintaining quality and consistency at a scale that most agencies would struggle to coordinate. Regular on-site presence and clear escalation paths were key to keeping everything moving.
